Most clients work with me for 3-6 months, with sessions every 1-2 weeks. However, I tailor programs to individual needs. Some people achieve their goals in just a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support for a year or more.

Yes! All my one-on-one coaching services are available virtually via Zoom. This allows for flexibility and makes coaching accessible regardless of your location.

I understand that life happens. I request 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged the full fee, except in emergencies.
